Multnomah Falls

My Grandma and Grandpa were gracious enough to bring me to Multnomah Falls. The majority of the time, I am hoping that it remains sunny, but today I was praying that the cloud cover remained just long enough for me to capture the falls using a slow shutter. For once, the weather man was correct, and the cloud cover cleared off, before we arrived. So we had a pic-nic, and hiked around for awhile and waited for either the clouds to come back, or dusk. No cloud cover appeared, and the sun slowly went down over the horizon. I scurried to capture that fleeting moment between light and dark. I set up my tripod and took the 1 second exposure of the famous falls.
